The concept stems back from neighborhood delis in NYC. Original founders, Rod and Ed, grew up in the NYC area, and eating in these shops became a tradition for them through high school.
Their daily sandwich shops soon became the inspiration for the start of a new cuisine concept, driven by a team of unlikely entrepreneurs. From the original shop opened in Broomfield, Colorado, the Deli Zone concept has now spread to encompass stores in the greater Denver area.

For a person who can’t eat meat or dairy the veggie bomb and Madison always work out well! I prefer sour dough but I’ve had them on all varieties only to have the same smile on my face as I always do when finished. Keep up team, you guys rock!
